This position will be a key player on both the CWFS Real Estate Dispositions (A cents € oeREDSA cents € ), and the RealINSIGHT Marketplace online sales teams. You will assist in executing the disposition strategy(ies) of CWCapital Asset ManagementA cents € (TM) s (A cents € oeCWCAMA cents € ) special serviced CRE assets, both loans and REO. In addition, you will support RI MarketplaceA cents € (TM) s continued success as the fastest growing online sales platform selling special serviced, and third party owned CRE. The position will require monitoring pipeline progress for future sales, and supporting REDS and Marketplace by tracking data, organizing reports, prospecting buyer and seller leads, and other tasks as directed. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:A' .A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Assist in managing sales processes with direction from REDS team members across multiple sale platforms including traditional investment sales and on-line auctionsA' .A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Maintain and update various reports, sales stats and the pipeline databaseA' .A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Work closely with CWCAM and REDS team members in gathering due diligence materials and information necessary for dispositionA' .A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Work with all vendors related to sales including brokers, attorneys and 3rd party providersA' .A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Review of broker opinion of value and accompanying and financial analysis for assets A' .A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Assist with preparation and review of offering memorandumsA' .A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Review due diligence materials for the data roomA' .A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Coordinate with external market contacts to obtain research materials A' .A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Track critical dates and ensure compliance with deadlines during the due diligence and closing periodsA' .A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Confirm Buyer information and assist in issuing purchase contracts A' .A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Assist with the closing of all asset sales on RealINSIGHT MarketplaceA' .A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Assist in addressing/resolving post-closing sale issuesA' .A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Respond to ad hoc requests for analysis from REDS and CWCAM as necessary and as directedQualifications:Minimum of 3 years of applicable work experience Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a high sense of confidentiality Exhibit and possess strong oral and written communication skills with an emphasis on confidence reaching out and collecting information through phone conversationsMastery of Microsoft Office particularly ExcelFamiliarity with Salesforce is idealPrior real estate and/or financial background a necessityUndergraduate degree
