Our firm is looking to hire a title processor; this person will communicate directly with clients, residential reale state lenders, real estate agents, etc. to coordinate residential real estate closings (sales and refinances), and prepare the closing documents. We are willing to train, but would prefer someone with some title company employment experience or someone who has worked in residential lending. We are a law firm; a major portion of our business is preparing documentation for, issuing title insurance for, and conducting residential and commercial real estate closings, a large number of which are for lenders we represent.
