Full Time
  • Assist with greeting applicants upon arrival and escorting them to interviews
  • Maintain and track all law school sponsorship requests and related follow up
  • Maintain spring initiative binders and process requests for designated schools
  • Process data entry of all candidates and maintain files and status during recruiting season; and generate all correspondence letters to candidates
  • Assists with planning summer associate and recruiting events, including research of venues, distributing event reminders, collecting RSVP's, distributing tickets and preparing expense reports
  • Track internal Continuing Legal Education (CLE) attendance and prepare documentation for Virginia CLE application
  • Maintain and update mentoring assignment spreadsheet

Antitrust Business Development & Practice Group Support
  • Provide administrative support for the client billing process; there is a strong emphasis on proofing
  • Assist and coordinate attorney website and pitch bio updates
  • Assist with creating pitch materials as well as updating "off the shelf" business development materials
  • Assist with tracking/gathering antitrust specific deals for Firm-wide corporate deal database

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • One year of relevant work experience preferred and strong administrative background
  • Solid knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, efficient at multi-tasking and able to handle time sensitive projects
  • Possess excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Must have flexibility in working overtime to meet operating needs particularly during the summer and fall
