Industrial/Organizational Psychologist
Key Role:
Maintain responsibility for using trend analysis and predictive modeling to effectively evaluate and communicate results that assist with a decision-making process that can affect the business, including process and organizational change. Build analysis to comprehend the interconnectedness of employee programs that may influence the employee value proposition. Identify and determine the appropriate data to be analyzed to support the objectives of a project, work on complex projects, and guide the activity of others on the team, as needed. Apply data gathering expertise, including reviewing existing documentation and identifying additional sources of content to develop GEOINT bodies of knowledge to support the development of professional competencies, certifications, and certification assessments. Leverage communication and facilitation expertise to maintain and build partnerships with GEOINT organizations to achieve strategic human capital objectives and incorporate certification data into learning systems across the IC.

Basic Qualifications:
-5 years of experience with industrial or organizational psychology, strategic human capital, or adult learning or training
-Ability to perform competency modeling, job task analysis, training needs assessments, and equivalent human capital study methods
-Ability to comprehend, apply, and analyze policies, processes, and procedures to administer certification programs
-Ability to facilitate groups of subject matter experts, including senior leaders
-TS/SCI clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience in consulting with DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) clients
-Experience in working with professional certification or training-based certification programs
-Experience with developing professional or academic examinations or tests
-Knowledge of professional certification best practices and industry standards
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-MA or MS degree in Psychology, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or Operations Research
