Responsibilities:
  • Manage, respond, and resolve complex issues through incident recognition, research and isolation, resolution, escalation, and follow up.
  • Capture information and problem- solving process such as decisions made, actions involved and final resolution.
  • Manage, train and provide reporting to executive and managers on performance of team.

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • 4+ years experience managing a staff in a service or support environment
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Experience providing training and coaching to staff
