Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with an educational industry leader who is seeking a Call Center Representative to join their team in a contracted capacity.

Responsibilities:
  • Fielding Inbound calls about reporting, transcripts, credentials, etc.
  • Provide support to team for current project

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Outstanding customer service background
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Above average communication skills both verbal and written
  • Competent computer skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is highly desired
