Enterprise Operations, Treasury Change Management is expanding its change management capabilities and is looking for an Operations Change Manager to help ensure that the Payment Modernization program is functioning effectively and efficiently and is well positioned to execute program milestones. This encompasses managing changes to program, working with LOBs, vendor management, program management, and business analysts.

Your Work Falls into Two Primary Categories:

Project Management

  • Manage project scope, schedule and budget for assigned projects independently and as part of a team
  • Manage and track action items, issues, and risks associated with assigned projects. Follow up on items with appropriate parties to ensure their resolution and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion
  • Lead development of required project artifacts consistent with Freddie Mac project management methodology (e.g., charters and scope, workplans, resource planning, risk and control assessments, issue logs)
  • Conduct weekly project status meetings, provide status updates to management on regular basis

Business Analysis
  • Analyze new products and enhancements, including new offerings in up and downstream systems, assess impacts on Treasury Services, and develop/implement operational changes to be made
  • Define/review business requirements to capture business area (customer) needs and guide new change initiatives. Facilitate resolution of obstacles that emerge along the way to drive projects forward
  • Work with Treasury Services business leads to develop user acceptance testing strategies, test plans, and test cases, and support execution (and documentation) of UAT testing
  • As part of the change management team, develop long-term strategy for improvements to processes and technology
  • Work, in partnership, with internal and external stakeholders, including close partnership with IT and with external vendors and partners


Qualifications

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Strong understanding of technology and data
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to create consensus
  • Experience managing process improvement and/or technology development projects
  • Passion for continuously improving the way we work
  • Familiarity with different development methodologies (i.e. EDM, Agile) as well as business analysis best practices
  • Must have previous large firm consulting experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & MS Project
