This role includes responsibility for new logo sales activities (eg, Account Executive onboarding processes) and outcomes (eg, financial performance). This role does not include responsibility for marketing, renewals, or expansion sales activities.A' About YouYou are an experienced hiring manager who has built medium (20-person) to large (50-person) sales teams through a combination of recruiting and coachingA cents € "up and outA cents € "against performance standards.A' You know greatness when you see it and are able to articulate three (3) to five (5) criteria that you consider when selecting and promoting/terminating inside and field sales representativesA' You can articulate how you will establish credibility and earn trust with existing sales team members prior to making substantial structural changes on a short timelineYou take pride in creating diverse and inclusive team environments where you regularly express concern for team membersA cents € (TM) success and well-beingYou have experience overseeing a Sales Training Program or working in close collaboration with a Sales Enablement Manager to build and implement Sales Training Programs for sales representatives and managersA' You are excited about the opportunity to level-up a sales department from basic (eg, job descriptions exist, decentralized sales processes and terminology) to intermediate (eg, replicable criteria for selecting high-quality sales representatives exists, centralized sales processes and terminology) and advanced-level processesA' You have experience overseeing sales departments that sell recurring revenue products at a volume of $10+ million Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) or more per yearYou want to make a meaningful impact on the growth strategy of a startup and you have experience serving as a member of an Executive Leadership (C-Suite/SVP Level) and/or serving as a member of an Executive Management Team (Senior Director/VP Level)A' You are an especially strong candidate if you have an interest or aptitude in either the government affairs or public affairs market(s)And, of course, you love a good challengeWhat You'll DoFirst Week: You'll learn the ins and outs of the current Quorum sales process, gain exposure to our products, and get to know 20+ Quorum Business Development team membersA' First Month: You will step into the unofficial role of Chief Sales Talent Maker to more than double the size of the existing Business Development team. You will evaluate the talent pipeline and apply a combination of coaching and recruiting to build an inclusive and diverse team that is capable of delivering predictable revenue each quarter.A' First Six Months: You will work with a Sales Enablement Manager to build and deploy centralized company-wide onboarding and refine our sales process through continuous sales education programs. You will attend a wide variety of potential client engagements and work with Business Development management to oversee routine sales activities, including outbound call cadences, call scripts, sales demonstrations, territory management, and sales pipeline reviews.A' First Year: You will be responsible for laying the foundation for a high-performance departmentA cents € "as defined by 70+% of representatives meeting quota on a regular basisA cents € "that is able to predictably deliver >$10 Million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from new logo sales.
