The Assistant Facility Manager (AFM) is responsible for providing support to the Manager of Facility Services in all areas of management to include work control, purchasing, accounts payable, contract administration, construction project management, reporting, budgeting and risk management. Works in conjunction with Corporate Facility Maintenance Operations and property management groups to insure that daily operations and preventative maintenance projects are completed in a safe, efficient and timely manner. Directs the accomplishment of various contracts to include janitorial service & beverage service, interfaces with facility tenants and responds to concerns or requests as required. The AFM must possess strong organizational skills and be able to manage multiple priorities at one time.
Required: Assoc level degree
Required: Related, 2 years' experience
