This role will kick off, coordinate, establish, validate and maintain data integrations within our community providers.

Responsibilities:
• Run and coordinate all aspects of community practice connections to our population health system
• Connect with practices and EHR vendors and explain data requirements and answer questions
• Liaise with community practices to be able to validate data connections
• Coordinate all internal resources needed for data integrations
• Maintain data points on connection status and report out to stakeholders.
• Perform manual data extractions for groups where applicable
• Establish and maintain documentation on all connections and procedures
• Understand the business application and database supporting the applications
• Establish regular projects calls with vendors on integrations and attend weekly project calls with internal groups to explain progress

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree required; Computer Science, Math, Engineering. MIS degrees are preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in healthcare, data sets or IT experience
• Excellent analytical and research skills.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to analyze data, integrate data.
• Proven pro-active, self-starter with the ability to work both as an individual and within a team to resolve issues.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and deliverable simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional.
• Must be extremely organized
• Ability to handle multiple connection projects and prioritize accordingly
• Ability to develop successful relationships with external and internal partners
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving, multi-tasking, troubleshooting skills with a high degree of flexibility
• Must be a licensed driver and able to operate a motor vehicle as well as maintain automobile insurance
