Customer Relations Associate

Do you have call center experience?  Our client, an Educational Organization near the L’Enfant Plaza metro is in need of a Temporary employee with call center experience to take incoming calls where they will register students over the phone and suggest additional programs offered by the client.  This person would need to be customer service focused (phone and email), and would need to have strong verbal and written communication skills.
