AboutWeb, an award-winning IT solutions and staffing company, is looking for a full time Administrative Assistant for our downtown Baltimore, MD office.

Our ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented office manager who excels in a fast-paced environment and has done some recruiting in the past and enjoys it. The position will provide administrative support to our accounting department, including assistance with payroll, onboarding, HR, and accounting.

Additionally, the candidate will provide support to our Baltimore headquarter office, assisting with recruiing for our staffing division, and providing administrative support for our AboutWeb Cares division.

The position would be full-time, onsite in downtown Balitmore, with occasional trips to our Gaithersburg office required.

Desired skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent at multitasking and managing multiple projects
  • 1-3+ years of administrative experience
  • Previous experience with recruiting
  • Experience with Quickbooks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
