Are you an Executive Assistant with experience working with Boards of Directors? Our client, a Membership Association located in downtown Washington, DC is seeking a Temp-to-Hire Executive Assistant to support both a Senior Executive as well as several Boards of Directors. This person will be responsible for coordinating Board activities, including Board communications, preparing meetings minutes, as well as administrative support to Board members.
Duties will include managing a busy calendar; making all necessary logistical arrangements for meetings; managing travel and accommodation arrangements, and ensuring that the Executive has required background materials for all scheduled meetings. Will also provide administrative support to the Board chair, and board members, that includes scheduling and travel arrangements.
Must have experience working with senior leadership and Board members. Strong MS Office and communications skills are also required.
This possible Temp-to-Hire position will pay $25.00 per hour during the Temp-to-Hire phase. If hired, the salary range is between $75K to the high $80K’s, depending on experience and performance during the Temp-to-Hire phase.
