HOTEL FRONT OFFICE MANAGER Currently seeking a talented Front Office Manager for a large property. The position requires supervising a large staff to include Front Desk employees as well as Bell Staff. Must be able to ensure that staff is trained to value first and last impressions, recognize and adhere to all policies, procedures, and standards, field and effectively handle guest concerns and complaints as well as managing tasks to completion. Priority given to the candidate who has experience with Starwood/Marriott systems. This position reports to the Rooms Division Manager and would be an excellent opportunity for a general manager of a small Starwood/Marriott property.
