Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance (phone, email, and in-person) to faculty in utilizing Blackboard functions. Provide follow-up consultations as necessary.
- Teach on-campus Blackboard workshops and provide general technical support for students.
- Provide support for Blackboard online training.
- Help during Open Lab hours on Friday mornings.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Expert knowledge of Blackboard required.
- General knowledge of best practices relating to instructional technology and faculty development.
- Experience supporting faculty and students in a teaching/learning environment.
- Must be team-oriented and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
