Based out of Savannah, GA, KBRS have primarily focused on the Southeastern United States; the KBRS brand is now expanding into the NOVA, DC, Maryland, Delaware and Mid-Atlantic markets. We are a unique company with a unique culture looking for the right HardCore individual to join our team. This position will be highly focused on cultivating prospects within a defined geographic territory and capturing all information in our CRM module. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with the ability to drive yourself to achieve assigned revenue quotas and targets. This is a remote/ home office based position and reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. Duties Include:-Identify, cultivate and manage customers in your territory-Provide sales and installation training to customers-Keep constant contact and outreach both in person and via phone/ email to tile flooring dealers, tile distributors, kitchen and bath dealers, general contractors and multi-family developers, as well as custom home builders and architects.-Record all activity in the CRM-Meet with key clients, maintain relationships and close deals-Monitor and evaluate competitors' activities and products-Manage accounts in accordance with established company policies and procedures, including prompt and professional follow up to all leads-Identify areas to up-sell and cross-sell our product portfolio-Document and submit call reports and weekly itineraries-Grow territory in accordance with the forecasted sales plan-Meet minimum required daily touch points, weekly in person sales calls and monthly number of nights out-Represent and uphold the KBRS' brand values at all times Requirements:-Minimum of 5 years of building materials sales experience (tile sales/ tile dealer sales preferred)-Specific industry knowledge of the shower industry market-Strong ability to communicate clearly with team members, clients and senior management-Must be highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks-Professional dress and demeanor-Valid drivers license and reliable transportation-Excellent time management and negotiation skills-Must be a self-starter and comfortable working remotely-20 to 30% overnight travel-CRM experience a plus-Distributor/ tile/ shower system sales experience and anyone whom can "walk with business" is greatly preferred Benefits:-Salary commensurate with experience-Commission-Health Insurance available-T & E Budget
