What You Will Do: Registered Nurse (RN) - Clinical Supervisor Supplemental - Night Shift Baltimore, Maryland We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to join our nursing team at University of Maryland Medical Center Midtown Campus. Responsibilities/Tasks The Clinical Supervisor is a member of the Nursing Management Team with responsibility and accountability for his/her designated shift. The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical supervision to the staff, functions as a role model, and promotes positive working relationships. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for communicating patient, physician, visitor, and facility problems to the administrator-on-call. In addition, the Clinical Supervisor participates in the overall planning for the Department of Nursing, and supports performance and budgetary initiatives established by the department. What You Need to Be Successful: BSN preferred,or evidence of working towards a degree. Maryland Board of Nursing licensure required. BLS required.
