As a RegionalConsultant, you re a market-level resource dedicated to providing PersonalInvestments representation in Workplace strategic initiatives and increasingmarket share by driving efforts to increase rollover and crossover netflows. The Purpose ofYour Role As a RegionalConsultant(RC), you work directly with plan sponsor contacts, client HRrepresentatives, and internal Fidelity partners to drive greater participantengagement and plan sponsor advocacy for local clients and within an assignedbook of business. This book of business is comprised of high opportunitycorporate retirement plan clients with national locations. You will serve as akey liaison between the client and internal business partners to create aclient needs-based strategy and ensure Fidelity's overall ongoing success. Inaddition, the RC provides financial advice to 401(k) participants throughface-to-face meetings including one on ones, workshops, help desk sessions,benefits fairs, and lunch and learns for regional clients. The RC strives toensure participants are prepared to make better decisions regarding theirpersonal finances while ensuring industry leading customer satisfaction resultsare achieved. The Expertise We reLooking For BA or BS. MBA is preferred Series 7, 63 & 66 as well as State Insurance Licenses are required CRPC or CFP required (may be earned after hire) 10 years minimum financial services industry experience; institutional and plan advocacy experience preferred The Skills You Bring Strong institutionaland retail product knowledge Executive presence and confidence to present a point of view to senior leveldecision makers Ability to think on your own, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, try newthings, and build your territory Strong public speaking skills and ability to engage an audience Demonstrated consultative and influencing skills Proactive time management and organizational skills Strong preparation skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently in a remote location The Value YouDeliver Collaboratinginternally and coordinating national client engagement across multiplelocations for an assigned book of retirement plan clients Building a working relationship with assigned plan sponsors. This includesunderstanding the organizational culture, participants needs, and the nuancesof each company s structure to be aware of any benefit changes, which couldaffect the participant s financial well-being Collaborating on a cohesive data-based strategy and presenting it to seniorplan sponsor management Developing local efforts and implementing national initiatives to growbusiness through customer contact, workshops, lead generation and localbranding Responsible for business development goals at the plan sponsor level and theparticipant level. Customer satisfaction, lead generation and number ofparticipants engaged/ taking action are success measures Communicating, planning and coordinating with internal partners to insure thebest possible outcomes for the plan sponsor and their participants Deliver high quality face-to-face employee meetings for retirement planparticipants including: retirement education meetings, one on ones, benefitfairs and help desks Travel Yes, up to 75% of thetime. May require traveloutside of territory to cover plan sponsor headquarter locations and businessplanning meetings.
