As a BDM, you will be expected to work company generated leads, generate your own leads, meet with prospects, build relationships with referral sources, assist in the creation of marketing videos, assist in the creation of marketing materials, and generally work to gain clients for the business.Ample training, resources, and direction will be given throughout in an ongoing basis to ensure the BDM is set up for success. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and know how to implement what they learn effectively. Duties:Service Existing and Company Generated Leads: Contact prospects through phone, text, video, and in person meetings with the goal of turning a prospect into a client.Assist with Lead Generation: Social Media campaigns, networking, public presentations, warm, and cold calling.Conduct in person, phone, or video conference meetings with potential Property Management clients to discuss their home, provide an overview of our services, and review what their home should be able to achieve in the rental market.Foster and maintain relationships in the Realtor and Investor communityRegular internal communication with our Property Management division so that all teams are current on the status of prospects/new ownersHelp to Create Customer Loyalty Campaigns to improve the overall Retention of Owner Clients. Requirements:Real Estate License Preferred but not required.Over the Phone Sales Experience: This position requires that the Outside Salesperson be comfortable with discussing our services with potential owner clients over the phone with the emphasis on closing for an in-person appointment.In Person Meetings and Business Development Experience: This position will require daily face to face interaction with potential clients or business partners. Strong interpersonal skills would be required with proven ability to close for the business.History of Proven Sales Performance.Valid Driver's License.Reliable Transportation.Daily Professional Appearance.Some College Preferred or Equivalent Sales ExperienceStrong Written and In-Person Communication Skills.Pass a Background and Drug Test.
