Summary To target and develop growth opportunities within the specified region, working under the direct supervision of the Sales and Business development manager to execute the sales function, in store and outside distribution, to develop personal customer relationships and act as a product expert with Architect, Interior Designer and Contractors in the industry. Job Duties and Responsibilities To Identify and develop opportunities in the Ceramic tiles industry.To Identify and develop opportunities in the wooden door industry. To support showroom customer experience and sales.To recognize market opportunities with ceramic tiles dealers within the specified region. Target opportunities with specified accounts working in conjunction with brands managers.Responsible of day to day generation of revenues to reach its own goals and the company's goal.To obtain and analyze market information to assist with the development and implementation of strategic direction, under the supervision of the Sales & BD manager.To develop annual sales plans and take ownership of forecasts to create it own goals under the supervision of the Sales & BD manager.To meet or exceed the goals set by the organization.To identify, track and secure contracts from key projectsTo establish a direct link with decision-makers in the Design, Operating and Construction companies.To develop and be part of the sales team, capable of developing and supporting the company's customers.To participate in tradeshows, corporate and specials events in the industry representing the company's brands and stablishing commercial relations with new customers. Skills and Competencies Relevant experience with a proven track record in sales managementA Good Understanding of the Kitchen and Bath, Ceramic Tiles markets served in the region. Passionate for the interior design industry specifically Kitchen and Bath, ceramic tiles and related areas. Enough technical competencies or the ability to understand the ceramic tiles and plumbing business.A Strong Ability in the use of Computers and Microsoft Office Software specially Excel and Power Point to generate various reports, make presentations and data management,Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software's.Visionary approachProactivity.
