Responsibilities and Duties: Promote, maintain & increase sales of Bizerba's bakery offering in the region at grocery, convenience, QSR, foodservice and other target customers. Create new business in the area by setting Bizerba's product apart from competitors. Understand the customer's need and suggest solutions with our product line. Maintain up to date product knowledge to answer questions and/ or provide solutions. Close sales efficiently & effectively. Build and maintain relationships with customers, becoming a point of contact and trusted advisor Skills: Demonstrated experience and success with bakery equipment sales in the retail, QSR, convenience, and foodservice channels specifically around deck ovens and speed ovens. Strong background in Territory or Account Management with documented record of accomplishment of year over year revenue and profit growth. Maintain in depth knowledge of US Bakery market and exhibit extremely strong existing network of US Bakery customers. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects to completion Strong working knowledge of the MS Office suite of communications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to both external customers and internal resources Excellent customer service and people skills. Experience with SAP software. Experience with CRM Programs.
