Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing the strategic marketing plan for our agency in order to attract prospective customers and retain existing customers. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of the agency branding and communicationsLead campaign planning, development, execution and management to generate awareness, interest and demand for our agency servicesTrack, report and present to executive leadership team on resultsCollaborate with other teams to promote offeringsInform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategiesAssist customer success and satisfaction activities including surveys, referral programs and advocacySupport market research to uncover the viability of current and existing products/servicesProvide representation at meetings with prospects, customers, and technology/channel partnersParticipate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, conferences and webinarsProvide feedback on product/service features and functions, market trends, program needs, customer outreach programs and events Experience, Education & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing and/or Communications5+ years' experience in marketingExtraordinary verbal and written communication skillsExcellent time management and organizational skillsKnowledge and experience using HubSpot (Certifications) a plusIntimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channelsFamiliarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to think creatively and innovativelyBudget-management skills and proficiencyAbility to leverage team members with specific domain knowledgeExperience with conflict resolutionAbility to be flexible and collaborative
