Eastern Branch Demolition is in search of a Site Work Superintendent to join our growing team in Washington, DC The right candidate will embrace our company's core values and have at least five years of experience as a Site Work Construction Supervisor. Duties and Responsibilities: Implement and enforce Eastern Branch's environmental and safety program.Manage field supervisors, employees, and subcontractors in a fair and equitable manner on assigned project.Coordinate field activities to complete projects on time and within budget.Ensure work is completed to a high standard of quality and to the satisfaction of our clients.Coordinate with project team to develop and maintain project schedule and identify potential conflicts/issues.Procure and schedule equipment and material as required to complete projects on time and within an assigned budget.Completely understand assigned project scopes of work and requirements; assist project team in identifying and tracking change orders.Review daily records from assigned field supervisors.Assist with preconstruction and project schedule development.Actively promote Eastern Branch Demolition's core values.
