The Digital Marketing Associate will be a part of the growing Audience Marketing Team and will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for owning multiple lead generation, email marketing and digital advertising programs. The Digital Marketing Associate is also responsible for developing and executing strategic tactics to grow GEMG's brand databases and audience reach across editorial products as well as develop, monitor, and analyze data-driven campaigns to reach targeted audiences.Key responsibilities include:Develop engaging marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and reach editorial audience and traffic goalsPlans and executes marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and lead nurturing.Work directly with GEMG's editorial teams and clients to develop, plan, and execute personalized events that meet the audience goalsComplete list research and secure new lists/prospects to develop audience for marketingEmploy email best practices for send times, subject lines, list segmentation, format and deliverability. Analyze open rates and click-through rates to shape email distribution strategy. Assist with copywriting and editing for emails.Apply outstanding organizational skills, excellent time management and judgment, and the ability to manage complex operations in a fast-paced environment. Key Qualifications include:1+ year experience working in the marketing spaceExperience in government market or advertising agency preferredPossess an entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of initiative, high quality and service standard, and ownership of work.Bachelor's degree requiredAcross Atlantic Media, generally, the firm looks for two "pillar gifts" in its candidates.
