Role DescriptionThe sales territory manager is a full-time position covering a territory within 200 miles of our White Marsh, MD facility. In this role you will be calling on contractors, both large and small, government agencies and municipalities, as well as distributors. The products and services that you will be able to offer these customers have a long well-established reputation in our industry. Our company has built its reputation on providing high quality products and services. Your primary goal will be to identify and attract new customers to our business and aggressively grow sales in this territory stretching from Northern PA to Northern VA. You will be supported by a production and customer service team at our White Marsh facility. Responsibilities:# 1 - Aggressively grow sales in the territory by acquiring new customers and selling more products to existing customersIdentify prospects in all of the various customer segments in which our products are sold for both drive-up customers in the Baltimore area as well as bulk delivery customers in the entire territory.Develop relationships with prospects and Identify opportunitiesIdentify opportunities within our current customer base to sell our complete product line to these existing customersUtilize our company's CRM software to record and capture all leads, sales calls and opportunities Successful candidates would possess the following:Unquestionable integrityDrive to succeedProven track record of success growing sales and managing a territorySales experience selling to contractors, governments and distributorsDeep passion for providing excellent customer serviceGoal oriented with high standards for yourself and your teamIdeal candidate would reside near White Marsh, MD or be centrally located within the territory Submit cover letter, resume and salary requirements to be considered for this position.
