To support our aggressive growth plans for North America we are looking for a self-driven Warehouse Manager for our Mid-Atlantic/Northeast ITAD (Information Technology Asset Disposition) Operation. This individual must have experience in leading a team of up to 30 people in a high throughput, fast paced, complex processing environment. Familiarity and enthusiasm with IT products (laptops, servers, switches, etc) will be beneficial for the role. The purpose of this role is to oversee the efficient running of all daily on-site ITAD operations - this includes overseeing of inbound shipments, FIFO/Priority job scheduling, data entry, efficient management of warehouse pick and pack operations to meet commitments to our customers as well as regulatory and compliance requirements. The ITAD Manager will have an eye for detail, clear communicator while being a hands-on operator that is constantly looking to improve operational processes to drive productivity. Within this role the ITAD Manager will drive the implementation and ongoing maintenance/training of existing and new operational initiatives, maintain company facilities, property, and equipment as well as maintain and manage staff levels, welfare, training and discipline. Responsibilities:Manage fast paced, high volume ITAD (Information Technology Asset Disposition) operation. Responsible for the daily operation including but not limited to the following: Receiving, Sorting, Testing, Data Erasure, Repair, Refurbishment, Part Harvesting, Data Media Destruction, Warehouse, and Shipping.Maintain and improve upon pre-established KPI'sAssist in achieving and maintain ISO 14001, 9001, 18001, & R2 certifications including site auditsRecruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline employeesCommunicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributionsEnforcing policies and proceduresLiaise with Account Management team to ensure front-end client satisfaction by meeting SLA dates and scheduling of shipments accordingly.Liaise with outbound Sales team to ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly in a timely fashion and ensure that inventory is at an optimal level.Maintain clean, safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulationsManage staff levels, hours, contract laborResponsible for all section supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employeesCommunicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaintsCommunicate all operating policies and/or issues to operations staffOther duties as required Relevant Experience Requirements: 3-5 years management experience within an operational environmentMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Possess excellent organizational, administration, and communication skills.Leadership and motivational skillsPrevious experience with ISO certifications and auditsIT hardware knowledge strongly desiredLEAN and Six Sigma a plus
