General DescriptionThe HR Generalist will provide a critical role in ensuring the continued success of ISN Corporation's HR operations and functions. This position will be responsible for performing duties in some or all of the following functional areas: Recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management.Duties And ResponsibilitiesAssist with the recruitment process, including developing recruitment sources and strategies, job descriptions, advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and process streamlining/ improvement.Support the new-hire process including orientation and ensures the appropriate and timely processing of new-hire paperwork.Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.Maintains records and employee statistics for government reporting.Uses tact, discretion, and good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.Other duties as assigned.
