Our client in Montgomery County, Maryland is seeking an IT Recruiter with financial industry experience to join the team to support full life cycle recruitment in a fast paced environment.IND 001-002Responsibilities Responsible for full life cycle recruitment, from sourcing to placement for high level IT professionals in a financial services environment. Grow talent communities and develop effective communication strategies to keep all candidates engaged. Proactively source, screen and facilitate the hiring of highly qualified professional candidates. Quickly learn and master the applicant tracking system to track candidate activities, develop system-based email campaigns, and manage the online talent portals and talent communities. Track and manage all candidate and position information and activities. Track and report key talent acquisition metrics, to measure and predict recruitment effectiveness. Qualifications Must have heavy IT Recruiting experience within a financial services environment. Must be familiar with financial modeling and mortgage industry jargon. Must be experienced recruiting for high level IT professionals in a fast-paced environment. Staffing agency experience preferred. Bachelor's degree is required. Must be able to utilize and have experience utilizing job boards, applicant tracking systems, and LinkedIn searches. High attention to detail and thrive in a fast paced environment.
