In this role you will be responsible for identifying top talent for our Corporate Headquarters, Regional Sales Offices as well as our Project Management teams. This exciting opportunity is open to experienced sales professionals looking for a change of pace, no prior recruiting experience is necessary to be successful!This role requires a high energy, professional who is creative and results-oriented, eager to learn and has a passion for winning. You must be able to think outside of the box when it comes to hunting the right candidates.Here's What You Will Be DoingManage the full scope life cycle recruitment efforts, to include but not limited to, developing and implementing candidate generation tactics such as networking, internal and external recruitment, college recruiting, outplacement centers, diversity strategies, and social media advertisingDevelop and implement various recruitment strategies to source talent for assigned requisitionsMaintains a record of candidates/applicants considered and interviewed for each position in the Company's applicant tracking systemWork with hiring managers to develop and deliver employment offers to selected candidatesParticipate in recruiting events, trade shows, and be able to face to face prospectParticipates in departmental staff meetings and attends other meetings as appropriate to proactively support structural changes and offer solutions to staffing concernsPrepare reports and recruiting metrics for use by members of the leadership team in support of strategic initiativesMaintains confidentiality and exercises a high level of discretion on all mattersPerforms other work-related duties as assignedSkills Crucial To Success In The RoleBachelor's degree and a minimum of one year of experience in full-cycle recruiting preferredSuperior written and verbal communication skills; experience with phone interviews and creative outreach emailsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through with accuracy and efficiencyExcellent organizational skills with a high attention to detailFlexible with travel to regional sales offices, job fairs, and campus recruitingPrioritize workload based on department requirements and staffing needsAptitude to work independently as well as part of a teamPositive attitude and team-orientedAbility to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office and overall technical aptitude to pick up new systems quicklyCompensation And BenefitsThis position offers a competitive base salary, based on experience, plus bonuses.We offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) and an awesome work environment.
