What You Will Do: The University of Maryland Medical Center in Downtown Baltimore, Maryland is seeking qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their Supplemental Nursing Pool. The Registered Nurse (RN) requires a minimum commitment of 36 hours/month, with no weekend or holiday requirement. The successful candidate will have at least one year of Med/Surg experience OR two (2) years of ICU or Critical Care nursing experience. The Supplemental Nursing unit at University of Maryland Medical Center (UMMC) offers the experienced RN an opportunity to practice in any number of world-class clinical specialties and practice settings, from Shock Trauma to Neurology, and surgical specialties. Our staff supports every unit of the hospital, meeting acute needs and filling in for nurses who may be on extended leave. We offer a competitive salary, with shift differential!! EOE Hourly Rate: $40.00 + SD $42.00 + SD >10 years RN Exp. What You Need to Be Successful: One (1) year of Med/Surg experience OR two (2) years of ICU or Critical Care nursing experience. License as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland, or eligible to practice due to compact nurse agreements outlined through the Maryland Board of Nursing.
