Conceptual Minds, a full-service marketing agency, is seeking a creative and data-driven Content Strategist. The Content strategist will be responsible for growing Conceptual Minds' digital audience through compelling digital and social media content and effective digital marketing strategies. Experience:Our ideal candidate is a go-getter with a minimum of 4 years of previous B2B experience (preferably at a marketing agency) where he/she created content that directly attributed to user engagement, lead generation and positive ROI. Proficiency in creating and implementing content strategy, exceptional writing skills, and in-depth knowledge of marketing channels including blogs, social media platforms such as Linkedin, YouTube, Facebook, etc. are critical to this role. In addition, the ideal candidate must possess a solid understanding of emerging digital marketing trends, social media best practices, basic graphic design, and photo editing skills, and the ability to manage several projects at one time. Lastly, the ideal candidate is a gifted visual storyteller, with a history of creating engaging moments. Role & Responsibilities:* Understand organizational goals as well as analyze customer profiles to develop a SMART content marketing strategy * Once approved, implemented the developed strategy. Responsibilites likely to include: * Creation of highly engaging, SEO friendly blog content that serves as a lead generator * Maintainence of active social media presence across Linkedin, Facebook, and Twitter * Create and edit engaging original content and source user-generated content in a variety of media types, including images, videos, GIFs, etc. * Creation of social media calendars, including drafting post copy, coordinating assets, scheduling posts, and publishing on channels * Engage with followers, identify opportunities for follower engagement, and audience development * Create KPIs and conduct monthly analysis to develop data-driven reports that include actionable insights and recommendations for clients* Develop positioning and/or marketing message architectures* Act as a creative and copy expert across channels, incorporating integrated marketing best practices* Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing and social media trends and best practices* Drive high quality traffic to our website and organically grow our social media following; measure and report on success metrics Qualifications:* Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, or related field. Graduate Degree pref. * At least 4 years of experience in content marketing strategy creation and execution * Well versed in SEO techniques* Understanding of marketing funnels desired* Independent thinker and able to work with minimal guidance* Thrive in start up environment and previous track record of success in early stage organizations* Ability to analyze and translate data into actionable insights* Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to adapt, multi-task, and meet deadlines* Extremely organized, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and an acute attention to detail * Well-versed in social media and other digital platforms and experience with social media monitoring, publishing, and reporting tools Benefits* Adobe Creative Suite skills; experience with video production and editing software a plus* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite What We Offer: * Salary commensurate with experience* Benefits including medical, dental, vision* 2 weeks PTO plus an additional week off between Christmas and New Year* Flexible work schedule with ability to telecommute regularly* Continued Learning To apply for this position, please email your resume, cover letter and salary requirements.
