Legal Documentation Project Manager (4-6 month engagement): A university endowment investment office is centralizing its document management process and moving to a new document management system. It needs someone to collect, organize and file investment agreements and related documentation.
The ideal candidate has the following knowledge, skills and experience:
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
- Strong oral and written communication skills as document requests by phone and email will be a key component to the project
- Familiarity with investment documentation, such as agreements for private equity funds, hedge funds, real estate funds and joint ventures – we would prefer an attorney or paralegal with investment management experience but are open to non-legal applicants who are familiar with these types of documents
We can offer a flexible work schedule, but all work must be completed onsite at our offices in Arlington, VA.
Hourly compensation negotiable, depending on experience.
