ResponsibilitiesLearn and understand the business of translation quicklyConvey PGLS's value proposition to prospective buyersIdentify sales leads that match the company's target customersBuild new business with target companies through cold calling and other means of communicationAttend conferences and trade shows as requiredMeet assigned revenue/profitability targetsReport pipeline in company's CRM systemWork closely with management to organize sales campaignsWork with management to negotiate terms with major clientsOther duties as assigned Skills & Experience2-3 years of successful sales experience and achievement of targetsAbility to learn quicklyAbility to work in a fast paced, competitive environmentSelling skills - good at connecting with prospective customers via cold calling, conveying the company's value proposition and ask for their businessAbility to prioritize and organize workloadAmbitious, with a desire to achieve objectivesResilient, with the ability to bounce back from setbacksStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to speak another language is desirableHealthcare industry experienceTranslation industry sales experience is a bonus Compensation:A competitive base salary based on experience and a generous commission plan.
