CHENEGATECHNICAL INNOVATIONS Company Job Title: Facility Operations Manager Clearance: Ability to obtain Secret Clearance Location: Chantilly, VA Reports To: Senior Operations and Capture Manager FLSA Status: Exempt, Full Time, Regular Summary: The FacilityOperations Manager will beresponsible for ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing operationalleadership to programs that are executed in the ChenegaTI Integration Facility.The Facility Operations Manager will work with the management team to contributeto the development and implementation of facility operations schedules,staffing schedules, and prioritization of work to satisfy program deliverablesIAW contract requirements. Duties andResponsibilities: Managedaily operations for the ChenegaTI Integration Facility. Coordinateon a regular basis with Program leadership and staff, as well as customer POCsto ensure the operational schedule is in line with the program deliverableschedule.Establishstaff schedules and prioritization of daily and weekly work efforts.Providetimely, accurate and complete reports and deliverables.Determinestaffing requirements to satisfy optempo demands.Representthe company with its major customers and business partners specific to theIntegration Facility. Supporttraining and fielding, documentation requirements for integration facilitygenerated systems/products as requested.Workwith CTI executive leadership team to identify business developmentopportunities. Contributeto RFIs, RFPs and white papers as required.Participatein CTI marketing events as requested.Otherduties as assignedMinimumQualifications: (Toperform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform eachessential duty satisfactorily.) Highschool diploma/GED requiredBachelor'sDegree desiredExperiencemay be used in lieu of education4 years direct experience in quality and operations support in governmentcontracting.Abilityto obtain a Secret Clearance Knowledge, Skillsand Abilities: ITILcertification desiredDemonstratedleadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects orinitiatives.Demonstratedproven technical expertise and extensive solution implementation and projectmanagement skills.Excellentinterpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.Excellentcomputer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Abilityto travelAbilityto train and mentor.Abilityto communicate effectively in writing and orally with public speaking skills.Solvecomplex problems in creative and effective ways.Strongleadership, project management, influencing, negotiation and decision-makingcoupled with sound judgement. Highlyorganized with excellent follow-through.Musthave the ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS as required.Abilityto obtain a Secret clearance.Physical Demands:(The physical demands describedhere are representative of those that must be met by an employee tosuccessfully perform the essential functions of this job.
