That's why we need you, a program analyst who can ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

We have an opportunity for a program analyst to join our team and perform day-to-day management of assigned projects that involve teams of engineers, scientists, and management professionals involved in analyzing, designing, integrating, training, testing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining large complex systems. You'll work in close coordination with the client to support, direct, and coordinate planning and production of all activities associated with assigned projects. You'll work independently and in consultation with government clients, including engineers, academics, SMEs, program managers, and contracting officer representatives and their stakeholders to analyze policies , processes, and procedures to define, develop, acquire, and field tools for the client. You'll maintain daily support for tech center operations involving multiple personnel and locations within the department and across interagency. You'll relay client requirements and directions to te chn ical personnel, including engineers, scientists, and management professionals involved in life cycle management support for complex te chn ical projects and programs and analyze the drafting of project plans and other program documentation and reports on cost, schedule, and performance when needed.

You Have:

-2+ years of experience with supporting scientific, engineering, or te chn ical efforts

-1+ years of experience with direct support of major efforts in the analysis, design, development, integration, training, testing, documentation, and implementation of complex systems

-Ability to provide analytical consultative services required to administer programs throughout all phases of b us iness requirements analysis, sof tware design, system and performance testing, and implementation

-Ability to analyze and review budget , schedule, and other program resources

-Ability to identify resource shortfalls and make corrective recommendations

-Ability to review the b us iness and system and sof tware and system integration requirements to ensure the requirements meet the program needs

-Ability to research and analyze resource material

-Ability monitor system tests, reviews test results, identify project issues

-Top Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
