The Challenge:

With so much relying on complex systems, a skilled systems administrator can be the difference that makes a project successful. We're looking for a systems administrator with a solid background in analyzing local and wide area network systems, including planning, designing, and evaluating to help us establish our network infrastructure to support a large system of with multiple platforms.

As a systems administrator on our project, you'll set up local and wide area network systems, design and plan ongoing infrastructure changes, and provide daily operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for the server, storage, and network devices in both Windows and Linux environments. You'll help customers overcome the challenges that come with virtual environments using DevOps tools like Chef and Puppet. You'll provide your customers insight into their network through monitoring and performance management. Your technical expertise will be vital as you evaluate and recommend new Web component-related software and tools. Your experience and communication skills will come in handy as you guide your clients through migration planning and implementation. This is an opportunity to broaden your skillset into areas like Cybersecurity. We focus on growing as a team, so you'll share your expertise through leadership and mentoring as you help the team work through challenges and develop new methodologies. As a technical leader, you'll identify new opportunities to modernize the network to help your customers meet their needs. You Have:

-4+ years of experience as a lead developing systems

-Experience with web services

-Experience with data mining and maintenance

-Experience with SharePoint, Open Text, or Microsoft Dynamics

-Ability to communicate and coordinate with team members and customers to resolve issues

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration

-Experience with leading a team

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Public Trust clearance

-BA or BS degree
