Brand Operations Manager
Key Role:

Serve as the primary lead for Booz Allen's Preferred Supplier program, managing and coordinating with our network of preferred suppliers, business operations, and marketing and communications strategists to build relationships, maintain performance, and provide strategic guidance on supplier engagement to meet business goals. Manage programming to enable employees and vendors to activate and express the brand, including managing firm-wide releases of brand updates, maintaining brand guidelines, templates, and tools, and conducting internal and external training. Oversee brand application and execution programs, tools and technologies, including the company store and stationery vendor.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with program management, including driving results for enterprises and large, diverse teams

-Experience with working in brand, communications, or marketing fields

-Experience with managing external vendors and agencies

-Experience with directing operational aspects of enterprise brand management
-Experience with gathering and analyzing data to develop actionable insights
-Ability to leverage professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all actions, including using discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information

-Ability to create accurate Excel spreadsheets and informative PowerPoint presentations that follow sound vertical and horizontal logic
-Ability to successfully work in a fast-paced environment applying expertise in time management, prioritization, and organization

-Ability to work alongside leaders and peers and effectively engage business partners across an organization to execute, maintain and evaluate programs

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with project management tools

-Experience with managing creative agencies

-Experience with the development or management of preferred supplier programs
