Job Summary/Company:Are you an experienced office professional? If so, we need your experience to support the Reception, Billing, A/P, A/R and Collections for a growing organization in Frederick, MD. $15-$17 an hour to start. Ensure you CALL as the second step in the submittal process.Responsibilities:Will be handling incoming calls and helping with visitorsPrebilling for new orders using estimates, purchase orders and internal reportsCoordinate with other departments to streamline the billing workflowVerifying and finalizing invoices once projects are completedAddressing any billing related questions from clientsProviding monthly statements of postage activities to designated clients and contacting them about replenishment once threshold is reachedImporting closed invoices into QuickBooksIssuing credit memoFilling bill jacketsRunning credit checks on new accountsQualifications/Background profile:Office Assistant Experience Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, specifically Excel to include formulasExperience with learning proprietary systems quickly Strong communication skills, both verbal and writtenMust be energetic, smart and committed Qualified candidates should send their resume AND call Sparks Group for additional details.
