DescriptionWe are seeking a well-rounded HR professional who possesses current knowledge across the HR landscape for our Sr. HR Generalist role. In this role you will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level to support employees and programs across the company. Working closely with the Executive Director, HR and Administrative Services, you will provide full-service professional HR support in the areas of employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management, engagement/retention of staff, training, compensation/ benefits administration, communications, immigration, and benefits. You will also assist with the development, prioritization and execution of multiple HR and company initiatives aimed at supporting talent acquisition, performance management, development, and engagement/retention of staff. ESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, FUNCTIONS, and TASKSPerform benefits administration, in partnership with our benefits broker, including claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefits information to employees.Manage and maintain employee records, both paper and electronicAdminister various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel; assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.Develop and maintain affirmative action program; file EEO-1, VETS, and other required reports annually; and maintains related records, reports and logsMaintain compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.Assist in the recruitment effort for open positions; conduct new-employee orientations and employee offboarding.Partner with outside vendors for immigration filings and other employee services.Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems.Participate in department staff meetings and company-wide meetings.Occasional local travel (within the DC-metro region) may be required.Digital Infuzion, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer. RequirementsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSA bachelor's degree in HR or related business discipline, or equivalent3-5 years HR experience in a generalist capacityProficiency in MS Office suite-Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPointExperience administrating an HCM/HRIS system PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSSHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential, or HRCI Professional or Senior Professional Certification (PHR or SPHR) credential Experience with Paylocity's payroll, HR, and benefits platforms
