POSITION ANOUNCEMENT The Center for Anxiety and Behavioral Change is seeking licensed psychologists for our office in McLean, VA. CABC is an established and growing specialty practice in the greater DC area. We are known for our creative, exposure-based treatment for individuals across the lifespan who are suffering from Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Spectrum Disorders, and Trauma Related Disorders. Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in cognitive behavioral therapies, embrace a team approach, and have direct training and experience in conducting exposure-based therapy. CABC places a priority on professional development, and staff enjoy a highly competitive salary, a robust benefits package, flexible work schedules, and weekly supervision. Clinicians with an interest in providing professional presentations are encouraged and supported. Ongoing training on delivering exposure-based techniques is provided for new staff through a hands-on and supportive approach. OUR PRACTICE The Center for Anxiety and Behavioral Change, LLC, is a private practice founded by Jonathan Dalton, Ph.D. in 2011. We are a thriving fee-for-service practice with a team approach that currently consists of 10 full-time licensed psychologists and a postdoctoral fellow, as well as support staff across our Rockville, MD and Mclean, VA offices. We are passionate about providing state-of-the-art, evidence-based treatment in the context of a warm, compassionate and collaborative environment.
