We are growing and looking to fill a critical Closeout Billing Analyst role with h ighly collaborative and results oriented individual who will be an integral member of the Project Accounting team collaborating will Program Managers, Contracts, Security, and Finance to ensure accurate contract closeout. Responsibilities What you'll do Prepare complex closeout billings for submissions to customers of various types of government and commercial contracts, accounts analysis and financial reconciliations. Review monthly invoices according to company guidelines utilizing financial reports to ensure compliance with deliverable deadlines. You will analyze and reconcile unbilled receivables against the cost transaction reports from the legacy data warehouse or against the standard Costpoint reports Research and resolve a variety of internal and external customer inquiries concerning closeout billing status, and initiate communications to external and internal customers to resolve closeout billing discrepancies and issues. Qualifications You'd be a great fit if You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field You have a minimum of five years of contracts closeout billing experience using Deltek Costpoint 7 and Cognos reporting tool, must be recent (within the last year) Have experience with processing a high volume of invoices monthly You have experience processing and validating project type (Time& Material (T&M), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and Cost Plus (CP) closeout invoices.
