Job Summary/Company: a leading aviation innovator in Herndon is seeking an Human Resources Business Partner for a 4-6 month contract. This position is responsible for providing HR support to internal customers and stakeholders. Responsibilities: Responsible for providing HR support to ensure compliance and reporting requirements, both internal and external are reported accurately and timely. Responsible for overseeing the compensation, benefits, and HRIS. Serves as the initial point of contact for benefits, HRIS, and compensation initiatives while delivering high quality customer focused service. Responsible for implementing, maintaining, and administrating HR programs and best practices, policies and policy development as well as employee engagement. Qualifications/Background Profile: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field is preferred 8+ years of progressive experience preferably in a generalist capacity Experience in administration of retirement and health plans preferred Experience working within an international multi-functional organization preferred Qualified candidates should send their resume AND call Sparks Group for additional details.
