OverviewThe Inside Sales Representative is responsible for the recruitment and retention of qualified students for our client's information technology career training programs through the demonstrated use of consultative needs based selling approach.Responsibilities Secure referrals and generate leads from all internal and external sources. Conduct prospecting phone calls and respond to incoming calls necessary to recruit and enroll qualified students. Manage face to face meetings with potential career training students. Follow up with students, who have applied, ensuring that admissions requirements are met and financial aid paperwork is completed. Prepare and maintain accurate records and complete all paperwork in a timely manner. Coordinate all necessary internal resources/personnel to improve enrollment results. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment performance goals. Requirements Prior Admissions or Professional Recruiting (staffing) experience is highly preferred 2-5 years experience with sales execution and closing required Ability to develop new business through prospecting and cold calls Demonstrated excellent customer service skills Demonstrated proficiency in personal computer skills Prior selling in consultative needs based system preferred Demonstrated ability to work in a team based sales environment
