Position Summary: Designs and creates enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos and content packages, eLearning, websites, marketing demos, TV commercials, etc.) in a deadline driven environment. Role Qualifications:Must be able to demonstrate creative skills in utilizing Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and 3D softwareMust have an aptitude for storytellingMust have strong conceptual and design skillsMust be able to handles assigned tasks with minimal supervisionMust have the ability to juggle multiple projects and work effectively in a time-sensitive, high pressure environment Position Responsibilities:Prepares, designs, plans, concepts and layout for motion graphic projectsCreates and delivers motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc.Works with digital and creative teams to understand project scope and objectivesAssists in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic designWorks with editors, producers and other designers to resolve technical and/or design issuesEdits raw video footage and adds effects/elements to enhance motion graphicsResearches and analyzes best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphicsAssists in designing and creating storyboardsParticipates in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideasMaintains and follows best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of graphic filesMaintains up-to-date knowledge about latest graphic design techniquesEnsures compliance with company guidelines and design standardsOther duties as assigned Essential Skills and Experience:Utilize stock imagery, vector motion graphics and data to create an engaging informational videoAdd creative and animated elements to data and statistics (think motion infographics)After Effects: 3+ years preferredVideo Editing: 3+ years of Premiere Pro preferredAdobe Creative Suite applications is a must (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage deliverablesEffective, independent problem solving We are an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/Disability/Veteran and a Drug Free Work Place.
