Your Job The Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP) works with the business to implement the people strategy, delivering on projects in the area of organizational development, management of the talent lifecycle, development and engagement of all employees to support the achievement of the Human Capital's agenda and strategic objectives. He/she drives the relevant Human Capital processes in liaison with Human Capital experts (Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Communication, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, Mobility) in order to maximise the attraction, selection, on-boarding, retention and development of employees. He/she provides valuable input and expertise to his/her internal client group and acts as a single point of contact for all day-to-day HR matters, including but not limited to SES policies, processes and labour law and conditions. Acts as a proactive member of the Human Capital Team. Your Responsibilities * In collaboration with the Global Talent acquisition team, manages, in line with SES processes, guidelines and frameworks, the L-3 and below talent acquisition from the initiation of approval through the establishment of the Job Description, grading and salary range, to the management of the sourcing approach and talent acquisition pipeline to the actual job offer. Guides and supports people managers in making the final hiring decision. * Manages talent plans in line with the global Talent Management strategy whilst incorporating NBU/Core Function requirements. * Ensures appropriate use of assessment tools, assessment centers and project-based interviews to identify talent. * Engages with business leaders on succession planning, leadership development, high potential programme and current/future people priorities. * Implements the performance management process, including facilitation of goal setting and coaching on all performance management elements, facilitating calibration sessions. * Support people managers to link performance and career development needs to learning and development solutions. * Fully involved in staffing analysis, budgeting and resources planning. * Ensures the identification and fulfilment of skills development needs as required. Engages Learning and Development for skills development solution and delivery. * Ensures quality onboarding program for new joiners in adherence to global processes and guidelines; identifies customisation/adaption requirements to meet the NBU/Core Functions and local requirements. * Advises and supports people manager in setting up career development conversations, quality talent review sessions and coaching on options and opportunities for their direct reports. * Support managers in role modeling the SES culture and way of working. * Facilitates, drives and champions the employee engagement approach and actions to positively impact and influence key employee engagement measures. * Jointly determines and prioritises with line managers the appropriate actions and interventions to drive engagement. * Understands and implements compensation and benefits strategies in partnership with C&B team and proactively identify challenges and opportunities. * Provides significant inputs into compensation design based on business needs (ie sales compensation plans and commissions) and support its implementation. * Provides, reviews and analyses HC metrics for his/her area, in order to support management decision and recommend solutions to improve Human Capital efficiency. * Participate to ensure continuous improvement of Human Capital processes * Maintains a good knowledge in of labour law What's in it for you?
