We are seeking a Senior Communications Manager to work with our marketing team in Arlington, Virginia! The Senior Communications Manager will lead and execute our communications programs across the US as well as coordinate with our international team. The ideal candidate will have global agency experience and a PR/media background. Job Description: Develop communications strategy within the US, such as: content creation, corporate branding, and product communication Create and implement a media relations strategy, such as press materials, enquiries, interviews, etc Coordinate with other departments to oversee daily company communications such as campaigns, internal and external announcements, etc Manage our corporate media outlets Create and implement best practices for the communications team Work with employees across all departments to build internal communication Manage external vendors and agencies Qualifications: 5-7 years of professional communication experience, minimum of 3 years managing an internal PR team Strong nationwide relations across all media outlets Updated understanding of social media landscape Strong influencer relations is a plus Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment Impeccable communication skills Ability to coach and mentor internal staff Ability to create, organize, and implement content
