About the Position We're currently seeking a family law attorney with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience. The position would include pay commensurate with experience, benefits (health, vision, and dental), and an opportunity to join the firm as an equity partner. About the Firm Tingen & Williams is a law firm based in Richmond, VA. We started our firm in 2012 with a special focus on humanitarian and family immigration, but have grown to provide services in criminal defense, family law, and more. Tingen & Williams has an articulated vision for growth, and an effective marketing plan that brings upwards of 55,000+ visits per month to our website. This translates to about 12 to 24 family leads per month we currently don't have the capacity to service. We're looking for attorneys who want to grow with the firm and get in on the ground floor of something special.
