In this Customer Service / Account Management position, you will be responsible for the following: . Responsible for timely and accurate management of all aspects of customer requirements. The involvement begins by supporting the SM during initial bid phase throughout all internal and/or external changes, culminating with product deliveries and achieving customer satisfaction. . Receive, review and accurately enter customer purchase and change orders. Provide status from operations to customer, as needed. . Coordinate with production/planning for lead-time, minimum order quantities and other essential information prior to acceptance of the customer order. . Negotiate expedite fees, when applicable. . Lead communications of relevant information between the customer, SM and internal organizations. Primary point of contact for prompt resolution for all customer concerns. Strive to balance business objectives with achieving customer satisfaction. . Processes request for information /quotation /proposals through interactions with the customer, SM and internal organizations. Submits bid proposals to customers directly or via the SM. May participate in negotiations of price, lead-time and/or other elements of the bid. . Document and maintain accurate list of contacts, meeting notes, programs, projects and product usage information for customers. . Accurately document bid status and results in Visual ERP System. . Actively participate in company meetings, as required. . Coordinate with all internal departments and leadership to provide accurate customer information. . Organize and participate in customer visits/plant tours. . Accurately complete all administrative duties within required due dates. . Follow written procedures and best practices developed by the customer service team. . Actively strive to be part of a team that supports one another and cover other team members in their absence.To successfully qualify for this Customer Service / Account Management role you will need the following qualifications: High School Diploma Associate Degree Preferred One - Three years related experience and/or training Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel Strong verbal, written and telephonic communication skills A positive, "Can Do" attitude fueled with initiative, dedication, neatness, sense of urgency and concern for customer satisfaction.
