POSITION SUMMARY: The Customer Service Representative will communicate product opportunity in a highly professional, ethical and knowledgeable manner. Also compare customer provided documents to internal work orders to ensure they are correct and adjust internal work orders as necessary, and to compare shipping documents to internal work orders to verify customer provided instructions were followed. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Exceptional attention to detail and be deadline oriented! 2. Manage all aspects of the order and all communications with the customer from the time the Purchase Order comes in until the order is produced and shipped. 3. Excellent data entry and organizational skills a must 4. Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook 5. Strong customer service skills and willingness to go the extra mile 6. Must present well over the phone and in person, with an ease in building rapport 7. Call Center experience a plus 8. Excellent written and oral communication skills 9. Reporting of all activities 10. Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; you must pass required assessments for attention to detail and math to qualify for this job.
