Talent Acquisition ManagerDo you have a passion for connecting people?_Do you get excited about helping people fulfill their career goals?__Do you love to get to know people and help the right fit in a job?__Does being responsible for recruiting and hiring excite you?_OVERVIEW OF THE ROLEAs the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the recruitment process and drive initiatives to attract, recruit, hire and retain talent. In addition to having direct recruitment responsibilities, the Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the development of improved services to hiring managers, standardizing effective hiring processes and instituting staffing evaluation and measurement procedures for the organization.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Build and maintain working relationships with hiring managers to ensure recruiting expectations.Work effectively with hiring managers in order to source and hire the best talentWrites and reviews job advertisements for our rolesMaintain appropriate recruiting metrics and report on them weekly/monthly as neededUpdate recruiting software to track requisitions and changes in candidate statusCultivates relationships with potential sources (ie colleges, high schools, community and others)Works with external recruitersCome up with creative ways to find and source candidatesScreen and interview candidatesAssist with special projects and ongoing recruiting initiativesDevelopment Duties:Assists in the development of staffing related policies and proceduresAssists in the development and implementation of effective new employee orientation processesWrites and delivers presentations/training to managers, co-workers, facility managers, and staff on interviewing techniques, recruitment/retention strategies and referral programsMust possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc., necessary for providing quality serviceOnboarding and Hiring Duties:Offering role to specific positionConducts background checks, reference checks and license verifications for positionsProactively source, screen, and administer assessment testing to candidatesCollecting onboarding paperworkConducts exit interviews with employeesSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:Applicant tracking systems (required)Knowledge of computer systems, google platform, system applications, and other office equipmentTechnical recruiting experience (required)Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to hiringEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Must possess, as a minimum, an Associate's degree preferably in HR, Business, or Communications; Bachelor's degree preferredMust have, as a minimum of five (5) years' experience hands-on recruiting (retail recruiting will be given preference); Demonstrated track record of success and expertise in creative internet/social media sourcing and candidate researchMust have a minimum two years of proven supervisory experienceHighly Proficient to Expert with Microsoft OfficeSHRM certification (preferred)Ability to speak Spanish (preferred)
